Allison is a dedicated student at VSOHA, pursuing her passion as a Body Work Therapist. She also has a deep love for yoga continuously seeking to deepen her practice and knowledge through various mentorship’s, educational retreats and seminars including 500 hrs of Registered Yoga Teacher Trainings. Allison’s approach is all about layering and integrating various modalities to create a holistic and effective experience for her clients & practitioners. One piece of feedback she has received is she has “Big Love to Give” Her yoga classes truly reflect her vibrant personality—they are light-hearted, fun, and filled with joy. She takes pride in tailoring each class to meet the unique needs of her practitioners, ensuring they feel rejuvenated. She believes in creating a space where everyone can discover what they need from the practice, making every session a unique and transformative experience. In her bodywork, Allison brings a thoughtful and intentional approach, integrating various techniques to offer a comprehensive therapeutic experience. Her work is deeply nurturing and passionate, focusing on both physical and emotional well-being. Each session is tailored to the individual, ensuring that the care provided is specifically aligned with their unique needs and goals. Allison’s work is designed to be balancing, aiming to soothe the body while promoting overall wellness. To be able to support your healing, Allison has taken many essential steps to begin offering her skills to community and individual. Allison is currently attending the Body Work Therapy program at VSOHA (Graduating December 2024). Here she will attune her techniques as a Body Work Therapist. In essence, she truly makes people feel comfortable. Her primary goal is to cultivate some space, guide intentional movement, settle your body, with a little bit of flair along the way.
